Precision Clinical Communication
The Only Clinical Communication Consultancy Built From Inside the System
For internationally trained physicians and the institutions that employ them, communication precision is not a language problem — it is a clinical performance problem. It affects patient trust, interdisciplinary effectiveness, and organizational risk. Yet most available training comes from language educators with no firsthand experience in healthcare environments.
Precision Clinical Communication was founded to close that gap.
The Precision Clinical Communication method was developed from decades of real-world experience inside US healthcare systems — across hospitals, private practices, rehabilitation centers, home health settings, and corporate medical leadership. Every program is grounded in the actual communication dynamics that physicians encounter daily: patient consultations, interdisciplinary rounds, case presentations, and high-stakes clinical decisions.
This is not English instruction. It is clinical communication mastery, delivered by consultants who have worked alongside physicians, surgeons, nursing directors, and healthcare teams — and who understand the culture, hierarchy, and expectations of the environments you are navigating.
Our Approach
Precision Clinical Communication is designed to grow. Our consultants are selected for a rare combination of credentials: substantive careers inside healthcare systems, and the expertise to coach language at a professional level. This standard ensures that every client — whether an individual physician or a large institution — receives coaching grounded in the reality of clinical practice, not theory.
Built to Scale
Meet the Founder
Lilah Brand MS, PT
Lilah Brand founded Precision Clinical Communication after a career spanning three decades in US healthcare — as a clinician, practice owner, and corporate executive. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Purchase.
Her clinical career took her across hospitals, private practices, home health, and rehabilitation settings. As a founder and executive of multiple healthcare companies, her ability to communicate with precision across disciplines — physicians, surgeons, nursing leadership, and administrative teams — was central to every leadership role she held.
That career is the foundation of everything Precision Clinical Communication delivers.
More recently, Lilah completed her TEFL certification, completing a rare combination: deep insider knowledge of US healthcare systems, and the formal training to teach language with structure and intention.
“I built this because I watched brilliant physicians struggle not with medicine — but with the subtle communication dynamics that determine how they are perceived, trusted, and heard. That is a solvable problem. And I knew exactly how to solve it.”
