Precision Clinical Communication, LLC
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Precision Clinical Communication, LLC ("PCC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, current role or specialty, country, and your answers to questions about what brought you to our site and the areas you're looking to develop.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours automatically collects some information about your visit — such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site — through Squarespace's built-in site analytics. We do not currently use separate third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or ad retargeting pixels).
Cookies. Our site, hosted on Squarespace, uses cookies necessary for the site to function properly (such as remembering your session as you browse). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about our coaching and consulting services
- Schedule consultations you request
- Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
- Meet legal and administrative obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those above without your consent.
How Your Information Is Shared
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our website and respond to inquiries, including our website host (Squarespace) and tools that help us track and follow up on inquiries. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as those in California and a number of other states) to know what personal information we've collected about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below, and we'll respond within the time required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to healthcare professionals and organizations, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
